Services:

A typical Fitness Boxing session: -Warm up with stretching and cardiovascular exercises. -Work on technique with a series of punching combinations and kicks. -A punching bag workout, rope jumping, weights, and abdominal exercises. -Self-defense strategies are incorporated into the workout. -Interval training boxing sessions of 3 minutes followed by a 1 minute rest. -Lower body toning: exercises that include cardiovascular and stretching techniques in varying sequences from session to session to challenge the muscles to respond to unexpected demands.

Both men and women benefit from Fitness Boxing (presently 80% of our clients are women).

There is no age minimum, but children should be able to follow classroom instructions and mimic the moves (about age 7).

Clients do not box each other or the instructor!
