The fitness boxing workout is a great way to get in shape. It is one of the toughest fitness programs in sports and allows you to take out your aggressions, relieve stress, and learn self defense. Fitness boxing offers an athletic style workout that will guarantee enjoyment.  Fitness boxing also burns fat and creates lean muscle mass. It is meant for men, women, and children of all fitness levels and ages.
Fitness Boxing is a total body workout that not only burns fat and builds muscle but also builds stamina, quickness, strength, endurance and tones muscle.  Clients will be losing more total inches than weight. As an added benefit, the concentration and strength that is required to repetitively punch a boxing bag is, in itself, a uniquely satisfying achievement.

Frank Perez

Professional trainer, Frank Perez,  has over 35 years of experience, with 7 years in the Golden Gloves, 5 years in pro boxing, 6 years in pro kick-boxing, and 25 years in karate/martial arts.  Since 1993 Frank has been offering classes and training.

Frank believes in interval training to get the best result from your workout.  This is done through changing the sequences and "shocking" or challenging your muscles to respond to different demands.
